As more Maryland businesses face payroll issues, the number of unemployed people in the Free State continues to grow. Gov. Larry Hogan is urging all Maryland workers who have recently been laid off, to file for unemployment in three different methods.
Former workers can apply by phone, online, or through email.

The State of Maryland has not given a time frame on when claims will be answered.
