HURLOCK, Md. - Police are investigating a police-involved accident that happened Saturday night, just before 9 p.m. The accident occurred at 200 Delaware Ave., when a police cruiser hit a pedestrian crossing the street.
According to police, 30-year old Joseph Michael Frambes of Brooklyn, Maryland ran into the roadway dressed in all black. Police said that Frambes, suffered a broken leg in the crash.
According to police, Frambes was intoxicated and was "combative" with EMTs. Frambes was flown to Shock Trauma.
At this point, Frambes does not face any charges.
