SEAFORD, Del.- Seaford Volunteer Fire Department responded to an accident on Bridgeville Highway in the area of Fallon Avenue just after 5 p.m. Wednesday night.
According to the fire department, two cars were involved in the accident that knocked down power lines. Rescue crews helped patients and cleared the road. Fire police from surrounding departments assisted with traffic lights on Route 13 and Route 20 that were out of power as a result of the accident.
The investigation into the accident continues in Seaford.
