There’s more than autumn colors reflecting in the still waters of the Adkins Mill Pond in Powellville, MD. What looks like oil on the mill pond is really iron. 15 miles to the Northeast is Bishopville, Md. where environmentalist released the St. Martin’s River after 50 years of captivity. It also cost a million dollars to fix the Bishopville Pond, but it is now healthy and happy water, according to Charlie.
