OCEAN CITY, Md.- A Nor'easter has made its way up the eastern coast and is moving farther into the Atlantic.
Though the coastal storm did not hit Delmarva directly, impacts could still be felt along Delaware, Maryland and Virginia's coast.
People like Debra Pomraning of York, Pa., said, "I came down here this weekend to do some bird watching, but obviously the birds aren't sitting too still because of all the waves and stuff like that, but yeah it's really really windy."
Along with strong winds, Ocean City saw minor coastal flooding during high tide earlier this morning. The area, especially near the inlet, also saw high waves.
But Ocean City was not the only place impacted on Delmarva, so was Chincoteague, as well as Rehoboth and Lewes beaches and others along Delaware's coast.
According to many reports and pictures sent to WBOC, Rehoboth Beach did experience some beach erosion--this on the heels of a recent beach replenishment project only a few weeks ago, totaling to more than $7 million dollars.
WBOC meteorologists predict some of the impacts from this nor'easter will linger and will be felt Monday, but following that day's high tide, those impacts will be significantly less.
