MILLSBORO, Del. - Delaware State Police said a Millsboro man is facing charges after he allegedly stole tools and lawn equipment from homes in the Riverdale Mobile Home Park.
State police said their investigation started on Tuesday, when troopers responded to a theft complaint at a home in the neighborhood. Police said a package containing tools was delivered to their home, but was then stolen.
DSP said the items were then placed online for sale, by 24-year-old Patrick M. Ford.
On Friday, troopers responded to another theft complaint, when a homeowner in the neighborhood said their lawn mower was reportedly seen at another home in the mobile home park.
Troopers went to the home with the stolen mower, and found Ford. He was arrested and charged with theft, among other charges.
He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
