Owner of Irish Penny Pub and Grill in Salisbury, Md., Jeff Trivits, started this company simply because he wanted to be different from other restaurants in his area. Also mentioning that his restaurant is unique because making friends in his place is very easy. Trivits makes sure that all of his employees serve the purpose of the people. He makes sure that the theme of the Pub is kept, but he puts a twist on every Irish dish in order to keep the customers satisfied.
