Pippa Mann, an Indy Race Car driver, and the fastest woman in history, was the first female to win a pole position at the Indianapolis 500.
Pippa is partnered with Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Pippa admits she wasn’t too fond of the color pink at first but now she knows, “It’s the color of toughness, determination and it’s a color for fighters. It’s a color for poeple whom have courage,” Pippa says.
TheDelaware Breast Cancer Coalition will hold its 11th Annual Southern Lights of Life Masquerade Ball on Saturday, February 28th, 2015. The event takes place from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino.
