We are happy to welcome Chef Sharliena Berry, owner of Karmic Creation Cakes/Catering, to the DelmarvaLife Kitchen for the first time. She’s making a bottomless pizza. Here is Sharliena’s recipe:

Bottomless Pizza Crust

  • 1 8 oz. Container of whipped Cream Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cups of Fresh Parmesan Cheese + approx 3 tbs for bottom of pan
  • 1 tbs of Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbs of oat flour (Optional)
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray

In a bowl or mixer combine Cream Cheese and eggs, then add the remainder of the ingredients and mix until combined.

Spray 10-12 inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray, Sprinkle the bottom of the pan with Parmesan cheese, then put in oven @ 350 until crisp and light brown. Allow it to cool then add the cream cheese mixture to the pan and bake until the edges are slightly brown about 8-10 minutes. Allow the crust to cool. Add  pizza sauce and your favorite toppings, put the pizza back in the oven until cheese is melted. Then Enjoy!
