After the Wicomico County Animal Control seized more than 300 dogs following a failed kennel inspection in Eden, Md., the Humane Society of Wicomico County has stepped in to lend a helping hand.
The current needs for the Humane Society of Wicomico County are the following items:

- Liquid Laundry Detergent
- Puppy Pads for lining kennels (PLEASE DO NOT DONATE NEWSPAPERS)

Local Fundraisers:
Evolution Craft Brewing Company: $1 of every pint sold in the Tasting Room from today until Sunday April 16 will go to the Humane Society of Wicomico County to assist in the over 300 dogs rescued recently in Wicomico County.
Salisbury Super Pet: On Saturday, April 16 from 12-7 p.m., all dog treats and supplied purchased and donated are 50% to help out the Wicomico Humane Society.
Crown Sports Center: On Sunday, April 17 from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m., Crown Sports Center will be giving away free roller skating admission as well as a free game of laser tag for each pet product donated. You will receive 12 free arcade tokens or 1 free skate rental for each cleaning/ office supply product that is donated.
Coastal Association of REALTORS®: The Coastal Association of REALTORS is partnering with several of its member offices to collect donated supplies. Donations may be taken to any of the listed drop-off locations through Thursday, April 21, 2016. CAR will collect donations and deliver them to the Humane Society.

This ensures the funds come directly to the Humane Society of Wicomico County. The funds will be used for the overwhelming expenses of medications, grooming, and other care for our animals.
