SALISBURY, Md.- Dressing professionally for job fairs and interviews is no longer a problem for Salisbury University students.
A brand new career closet opened its door last month.
"Students have loans and they have a lot of things to worry about so, we don't want them to worry about how to dress for an interview as well," says Tasneem Elbashir, the student coordinator for the project.
The closet is filled with garments donated by staff members and the community.
"We have skirts, blouses, suits, ties, everything, " says Elbashir.
The closet is open to all students. The only requirement is to submit their resume to career services for a review before borrowing the garments.
"It's about looking good on paper and in person. When you're dressed properly you feel better and that translates to more confidence," Elbashir added.
