PRESTON, Md.- The Caroline County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in identifying a suspect who held up the Super Soda store in Preston on Sunday.

Update: Police Looking to Identify Armored Robbery Suspect

 

According to the Sheriff's Office, the crime happened at around 9:30 p.m. at the store located on Maple Avenue.

Police said a male suspect walked into the store, showed a silver short barreled revolver and demanded money from the clerk. He then took off with an undisclosed amount of money and headed toward Chambers Street.

The Caroline County Sheriff's Office have described the suspect as:

- Tall Male – Race Unknown at this time

- Dark Green “Puffer” vest with a black long sleeved under shirt and black hood

- Black face mask

- Black shoes

- Blue gloves

The investigation is ongoing.
