MILTON, Del.- Delaware State Police say a Milton man is facing multiple weapons related charges stemming from a domestic incident Saturday night.
Troopers say they responded to a report of a man threatening a female with a handgun.
Kaleb R. Lemaire, 25, was in an argument with his girlfriend at their home at the 100 block of Bangor Lane in Milton, according to police.
Responding officers say around 11:30 p.m., Lemaire pointed a handgun at his girlfriend and threatened to shoot her.
Police say Lemaire was found inside a car next to the home before being taken into custody.
Troopers searched the Milton home and found the handgun in the yard.
Lemaire faces the following charges; possession of a firearm while under the influence, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing and terroristic threatening, according to troopers.
Police say Lemaire is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $68,000 secured bail.
