DOVER, Del.- Hobby Lobby, a national arts and crafts chain. appears to be moving into the City of Dover.
A commercial realtor with Brixmor Properties told WBOC a lease had been signed by Hobby Lobby for the former home of Acme Markets at the North Dover Center along U.S. Route 13.
Dover Planning Director Dave Hugg said initial plans have already been submitted by Hobby Lobby for its new home in the city.
