SMYRNA, Del.- Smyrna police are asking the public's help in locating a man wanted on multiple charges.
Twenty-year-old Arthur “Chase” Chillas 5th, of Townsend, Del., is wanted on charges of Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and Theft under $1,500.
Police said Chillas is known to frequent the Smyrna/Townsend/Middletown areas. He was last seen at the end of August in Smyrna.
