LITTLE CREEK, Del.- A new observation tower opened on Friday at the Little Creek Wildlife Area in eastern Kent County.
The two-deck observation tower features a new boardwalk access path that leads visitors to an unobstructed view of Delaware’s Bayshore.
The project cost more than $1 million and allows people with disabilities to have better access to activities like bird watching.
