Lisa Mixter Caroll, 49, of Salisbury, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024, in TidalHealth – Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born February 8, 1975, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Steve Mixter and the late Barbara (Beall) Mixter.
