The 4th annual Empty Bowls Event is Sunday September 22nd, 2019 at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.
Empty Bowls is an international grassroots effort to fight hunger. The basic premise is simple. Enjoy soup, breads and desserts with hand-crafted bowls donated by area potters. Proceeds from Empty Bowls helps people struggling with hunger in our communities. This is an amazing event is filled with delicious soups from local SoDel restaurants, live music from local artists, silent auction and demonstrations! The first 400 people will receive a one of a kind handcrafted ceramic bowl.This event benefits the individuals and families in Sussex County as 100% of the proceeds are distributed to fight hunger.
