Cathell Takes First Win As A Newlywed

The U.S. 13 Dragway had their first Friday night race of the season. Newlywed Chad Cathell scored his 2nd win of the season in Top Eliminator and first win with the title of ‘husband’ after marrying the love of his life just a week ago at U.S. 13 Dragway.

Roger Ridgeway defeated Bill Davenport in the Pro Final and John Elias took the win against Sharon Landry in Street Eliminator.

Friday was another round of the Crazy 8 Bike Showdown where Lawrence Currie took the win over Eddie Chapman. In Pro Bike, James Farmer faced Brice Cornish, taking the win in the final round. Wayne Phippin won his second race of the season against Butch Harmon in Hot rod. Kayla Holden defeated Caitlyn Hooper in Jr. Dragster 1 and Jacob Bowie won against Alexis Truitt in Jr. Dragster 2.

Jr. Dragster 1: Kayla Holden wins with a 9.26 on a 9.22 over Caitlyn Hooper

Jr. Dragster 2: Jacob Bowie runs a 7.96 on a 7.94 dial to win over Alexis Truitt
