cheesecake update

If you thought Chef Louie’s Maryland Crab Pizza was delicious, wait until you try this! Below is Chef Louie’s family recipe for cheesecake. Enjoy!

  • 2 1/2 lb. Cream Cheese
  • 9 oz. Sugar
  • 10 Eggs
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 2 t. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 qt. Heavy Cream

 Mix cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, about 30 minutes. Mix in sour cream. Add eggs gradually. Add Vanilla. Add Heavy cream. Spread into a 10 inch greased pan, graham crackers over greased bottom. Bake over a water bath at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
