First Annual Easter Egg Hunt – Town Park in Frankford. Saturday, March 26 from 1-4 p.m. Hosted by Envision Frankford. There will be 5 egg hunt categories: 1:30 p.m. – Ages 1-2; 2 p.m. – Ages 3-5; 2:30 p.m. – Ages 6-8; 3 p.m. – Ages 9-12. Candy, crafts, games, prizes and on-site food and dessert vendors. 16th Annual Georgetown Chamber Easter Egg Hunt – March 26 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Nutter Marvel Carriage Museum on South Bedford Street Extended, Georgetown. Featuring: Easter Bunny photos, coloring contest awards, moon bounce, facepainting, train rides, plant sales, food, and of course, egg hunts! Also, enjoy “Peter Rabbit’s Misadventures,” an award-winning puppet show presented by the Delaware Master Gardeners. There is no charge for the puppet shows or for the egg hunts! Wrist bands may be purchased ($3) which allow unlimited access to the moon bounce, facepainting and train rides. Your photo with the Easter Bunny can be purchased for $5 and is presented in an Easter frame.
Easter Egg Drop – Central Worship Center – 14545 Sycamore Road, Laurel, will hold its annual Easter Egg Drop Saturday, March 26. Registration at noon with 2 p.m. helicopter egg drop. Activities for three age groups: Ages 1-3, 4-6 and 7-11. Highlights include 30,000 eggs dropped from the sky, inflatables and concessions, balloon animals and face painting and prices. 48th Annual Great Delaware Kite Festival and 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt – Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes. Friday, March 25, 2016. Event kicks off at 11 a.m. with an Easter egg hunt, which is limited to children up to the age of 12. The highest kite competition follows at 1 p.m. and is open to all ages. Another new activity added last year, an egg toss competition, will take place again this year immediately after the highest kite contest. The adult competitions will begin at approximately 2 p.m., interspersed with professional stunt kite flying demonstrations. Entrance fees apply for cars to enter Cape Henlopen State Park, which will be collected at the entrance to the park – $5 per car for Delaware license tags and $10 per car for out-of-state tags. Breakfast with the Easter Bunny – Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal, 43 Cape Helopen Drive, Lewes. Saturday, March 26 from 9 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. Easter Saturday come to the Lewes Ferry Terminal for one of two seatings to enjoy breakfast with the Easter Bunny. With hot and cold buffet selections, there’s something for everyone while the little ones in your life get their picture taken with Mr. Bunny. Registered children can also participate in an Easter Egg hunt between seatings with special golden eggs for ferry prizes. Egg Hunt with Easter Bunny – Crown Sports Center, 28410 Crown Road, Fruitland, will host its eighth annual free to the community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 26, at 10 a.m. Check-in will begin at 9:30. Hunt begins at 11:45. The entire event is held inside on Crown’s turf fields, so bad weather will not be a factor. Fields will be divided by age groups. Participants will be scrambling for thousands of eggs, and candy. Bring your own basket. No registration is required for the egg hunt. YMCA Easter Egg Hunt – Lower Shore Family YMCA, 1900 Worcester Highway, Pocomoke City. Saturday, March 26, 10 a.m.-noon. Rain or shine. The Living Waters Church of God will be hosting this free community event. There will be games for all ages as well as face painting, crafts and more than 6,000 eggs filled with candy.
Easter Egg Hunt – Sonrise Church- Salisbury Campus (James M. Bennett Sr. High School), Salisbury. Saturday, March 26 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Free family event will be held on the front lawn of James M. 37th Annual Chincoteague Island Easter Decoy & Art Festival – Chincoteague Combined School, 4586 Main St., Chincoteague. Event will be held March 25, noon-6 p.m. and March 26, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Admissioon fee: $4 each day. Children under 12 are free. Local and national carvers and artists of all kinds exhibit and sell their work at this event. Awards are given in various carving categories, art and photography. Special awards are given for best carving display and best art display. There is also a Children’s Choice Award given for a favorite artist. The Curtis Merritt Award of Excellence is awarded to the exhibitor who displays excellence as an individual, as well as an artist and/or carver. This award is voted on by the exhibitors. Easter Egg Hunt and Festival – Onancock Baptist Church, 1 Crockett Ave., Onancock. Saturday, March 26 at 4 p.m. Egg hunt will be for children ages 0-12.
