Each month, residents at the Worcester County Recycling Center in Berlin, dispose of 50-tons of materials to be recycled. However, there are still those who are illegally dumping trash at locations throughout Worcester County, including the Recycling Center. Keep Worcester Clean launched last spring to address the issue. We learn more about the effort.
