When the Coronavirus pandemic shut everything down, many of us were upset because we couldn’t get a haircut or go out to dinner. It was difficult – but, let’s face it, it was not life or death. Put yourself in the shoes of someone who relies on charitable organizations for their next meal. Well, one of those organizations is Manna Cafe in Chincoteague. The coronavirus put a hold on their daily activities, but that didn’t stop them from making sure food got to those who needed it the most. Today, we talk with Fran Lytle, Co-founder of Manna Cafe, to find out how they’re giving back to those in need.
