Brandywine Valley SPCA welcomed more than 100 dogs and cats from Fort Worth, Texas, to help shelters struggling as a result of the challenging weather there. This was in addition to the 100 animals already scheduled to arrive from Louisiana. We talk with the shelter’s marketing director about this influx of homeless pets.
