Real-life superheros in Sussex County…a man in his sixties went into cardiac arrest in the ocean, the Rehoboth Beach Patrol ran to his side to help. They pulled him to shore, began C-P-R and were able to get a pulse before medics arrived on scene. We talk with Captain of the Rehoboth Beach Patrol, Kent Buckson, about the amazing rescue.
