DelmarvaLife’s Katie Zarrilli checks in with Joe White of the Shrimp Boat. He’s making crab cakes and shrimp.
Here’s the recipe for crab cakes, if you’d like to try them for yourself:
1 pound of lump crab meat
1 package of Shrimp Boat seasoning
1 large egg
1/3 heavy mayo
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix egg, mayo, and seasonings together. Check crab meat for shells and combine gently with wet mixture. Ball into 5 baseball-sized crab cakes. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 8-12 min until desired color. Enjoy!
