Cruisin’ Ocean City, Md. is this Weekend, May 14-17

The cars have been rollin’ into the resort area all week for the 25th Annual Cruisin’ Ocean City, presented by Miller Welders. This popular car show features over 3,500 hot rods, customs, classics, street machines, muscle cars, and more from over 20 states. Live entertainment, celebrity guests, special attractions, boardwalk parades, manufacturers, vendors, and more will be at the event.

Tom Wopat, known as Luke Duke from the TV show, The Dukes of Hazzard, will be at the event Fri.-Sun. for meet and greets and photo ops. Christie Brimberry, from the TV show Fast N’ Loud and Gas Monkey Garage, will be at the Cruisin’ Friday and Saturday signing autographs.

Many car shows will be taking place at the OC Convention Center parking lot and the inlet parking lot. There will also be cars featured at Crab Alley, Gold Coast Mall, Harpoon Hanna’s, Hooters, Phillips Crab House, Seacrets, Tanger Outlets and the Town of Berlin.

There will be companies showcasing their automobile products at the inlet parking lot. There will also be other vendors selling automobile merchandise along with arts, crafts, jewelry, and t-shirts at the Convention Center.

Boardwalk parades will take place on Friday and Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. traveling from North Division Street going south to the inlet.

The Hot Rod & Custom Car Auctions will be taking place on Friday May 15 inside the Convention Center. The Car Collectibles Auction at 10 a.m., and an Exotic and Specialty Car Auction is at 2 p.m. on May 16.

On Sunday, the Grand Finale Awards will take place at the Beachside Inlet, where over 500 trophies, plaques and awards presented.
