As Coronavirus swept across the nation, restaurants were forced to shut their doors to customers. Instead, they had to rely on carry out and delivery services to keep them afloat. As some restrictions are lifted, it begs the question, will restaurants be able to go back to how they were before? We talk with Scott Kammerer, Chairman of the Delaware Restaurant Association, to discuss where the local restaurant industry stands and how we can help small businesses who might not make it.
