Whether you like them salty, sweet, raw or fried, oysters are everywhere on Delmarva.
An old wise tale once said you should only eat oysters during months containing the letter ‘r.’ Well, thanks to modern day food preservation, oyster eating has become a year-round affair, and local organizations are taking advantage of it.
