• Age 46
• Last known address: 100 block of Brandy Drive in Milford, Del.
• Charge: Criminal contempt of a domestic violence protective order

Matthew E. Passwaters

• Age 46
• Last known address: First block of Lynch Road in Milford, Del.
• Charges: Third-degree vehicular assault, driving while suspended or revoked and careless driving

Jeremy L. Showell
