Chef Jill Siena, of Dover and “Chef Jill Does That,” shows us how to make a Lemon Pepper Pork Loin dinner and an overstuffed cookie.
Lemon Pepper Pork Loin Dinner for Two
1 lb pork loin or tenderloin, rubbed with lemon pepper seasoning
2 palm-sized red potatoes, washed
2 small heads of broccoli
Canola or olive oil spray
Salt and Pepper
Lay the pork along the center of the air fryer pan. Place the potatoes on one side and broccoli on the other. Coat with spray oil and seasoning. Air fry 325 degrees for 22 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F and the potatoes are fork tender. Let cool slightly before serving. (Serves 2)
