Home of Hope is a residential program that helps women with life controlling issues such as drugs and alcohol.
Set to open later this fall in Bridgeville, the facility is part of the Delmarva Adult and Teen Challenge program in Seaford. Development Director Shelley Spedden and Rev. James Penuel, III from Union United Methodist Church in Bridgeville talk about the programs and the upcoming Driving Home Hope Golf Tournament.
