StubHub is the Official Fan-to-Fan Ticket Marketplace of Firefly offering fans a seamless experience planning, buying and selling tickets and attending the festival. In addition, StubHub will be the presenting sponsor of Firefly’s acoustic stage and café, “The Coffee House,” featuring the StubHub Music Experience with exclusive intimate, trimmed down and unique performances from festival acts.

Tickets to Firefly Music Festival are sold out on the Firefly website. As the Official Fan-to-Fan Ticket Marketplace of Firefly Music Festival, StubHub is the official secondary marketplace to purchase four-day passes. Firefly organizers will direct fans who are looking to purchase from now until the festival to StubHub’s website.
StubHub’s FanProtect™ guarantee and customer service track record promises an excellent purchasing experience that aligns with Firefly’s customer satisfaction goals. Over the last two years, StubHub has seen a 500% increase in festival pass demand for this festival, deriving from its expansive four-year growth.
“With the sell out and increased demand for Firefly passes this year, the demand for and accessibility of tickets on the secondary ticket market is inevitable,” says Tad Jenkins, V.P. of Customer Experience & Marketing at Red Frog Events and Firefly. “StubHub shares a similar outlook on fan engagement and satisfaction. This partnership will help ensure all Firefly pass holders, whether purchased through FireflyFestival.com or StubHub, have a stellar experience leading up to and at the festival.”
In addition to more personalized performances at The Coffee House, The StubHub Music Experience will showcase StubHub’s newest mobile apps: StubHub on Android and iOS and StubHub Music for iOS, where fans can engage with exclusive festival content, win prizes and more. Further, interactive app kiosks will be available throughout the festival to help guide fans with engaging and dynamic maps, updated stage schedules, information on the more than 110 artists performing and more.
The StubHub mobile app kiosks will be a one-stop-shop for fans to discover new acts throughout the festival and plan their days on the go just like the apps serve fans daily.

The partnership will also bring exclusive content from festival performers to the StubHub Music Blog with artist interviews and videos for fans to enjoy before, during and after the festival. StubHub will also be present with an on-site Will Call to assist any attendees who purchased Firefly passes on StubHub.
“Firefly has emerged as one of the fastest growing summer music festivals on StubHub, commanding greater demand year over year,” said Justin Finn, Head of Event Marketing and Sponsorships for StubHub. “This partnership was a natural fit for StubHub to be able to offer these eager fans a smooth transactional experience as they plan to attend the festival but, equally importantly, access to exclusive performances and content on the ground. We are proud to partner with Firefly to be able to give fans this unique access to plan their weekend, discover new artists up close and personal and get exclusive content.”
