Consumer Watchdog, Jamie Court, says oil companies are using market manipulation to artificially inflate gas prices this summer. “The oil refineries are charging their branded gasoline stations $0.30 more than they are charging to unbranded stations,” Jamie says. This actually cause all gas stations to charge more.
