Sean talked Michelle Louis, founder of Halo’s Haven Rescue to learn more about what this equine is all about.
Halo’s Haven Rescue is a non-profit equine rescue that helps rehabilitate horses that have been neglected or put up for slaughter. Michelle says time, money, expertise, and passion goes into helping the horses get back to health at Halo’s Haven.
To help or get involved, one must have horse knowledge. Volunteers are always welcome and donations to help with vet care because when the sick horses arrive, it is very costly to get them healthy again.
