Honoring Delmarva Farmers: Joe Bartenfelder

Maryland Secretary of Agriculture Joe Bartenfelder is a lot of things to a lot of people: A savvy politician who served the Maryland legislature and the Baltimore County Council, a tireless champion of Maryland farmers and a good will ambassador. But he is, first of all, a farmer who runs his Caroline County farms like a good coach runs a ball team, which is something else he does.
