Horizons Salisbury has recently transitioned to Horizons Delmarva to reflect its expansion to Worcester County. This summer, the organization is planning to launch a pilot site in Pocomoke City to serve low-income students in Worcester County. Executive Director, Joe Laque fills us in on the plan.
