Do you ever open up your refrigerator and just stare at it wondering what you’re going to make for dinner? There are many things you probably have in your fridge at all times and there is no shortage of delicious things you can make with them. Chef Steve Konopelski from Turnbridge Point B&B joins us to create a dish from the contents in our fridge and freezer.

Making a dish with a polenta, succotash and shrimp!

  • raw, deveined, shelled large shrimp
  • an orange or lemon
  • frozen vegetables: corn and/or lima bean
  • onion
  • bell pepper: red but green is fine too
  • bacon
  • celery
  • cornmeal
  • chicken stock
