Lance White Still Holding Onto #1 Spot

There were a few call outs on May 31, 2015 for “The List” Top 10 Grudge racers at the U.S. 13 Dragway.

Lance White, driver of the “No Piggy” Mustang, faced off with Barney Bowen for the #1 spot. After the green light appeared, the two drivers battled it out to the 1/8th mile finish line. White continued to hold on to his #1 spot by beating Bowen by more than a half a car length.

The second call out of the day was Antoine Jones, with the “Lisa Ray” Chevy II, against Jamar Hollingsworth, in the “Black Ice” S-10, for the #9 spot on the list. Jones took the win light by being ahead of Hollingsworth by 2 car lengths at the finish line.

TJ Hudson, the #8th spot, had to pull from the list due to mechanical reasons moving the 9th and 10th spot up on the list. “The Hulk Nova,” ran by The Ballard Boyz Racing team, had forfeited the #4 position switching spots with “The Mayor” Takii Smith.

The next set of call outs will happen Friday night, June 5th. Clark, #3, has called out Bowen, #2.

White, #1, has accepted the challenge from the winner of the Clark vs. Bowen Showdown.

Smith, #4, has made the call out (time permitting Friday night) that he will be on location to call out the loser of the Clark vs. Bowen Showdown.
