Jenny Nauman is the principal of Richard A. Shields Elementary School in Lewes, Del. She was recently names Delaware’s 2016 National Distinguished Principal of the Year.
Jenny started her career as a second and third grade teacher, as well as a reading specialist prior to coming to the Cape Henlopen School District in 2008. Jenny talks about her career now as a principal and her love for the students.
