Salisbury recently lost a longtime leader. Colonel Bob Cook died Sunday, July 3rd. We visited Col. Cook at his Salisbury home when he received the Boy Scouts of America’s Outstanding Eagle Award nearly two years ago. We revisit the day that was 80 years in the making.
