For 40 years, the Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art has been a part of our community. Last year, the museum expanded and added Treetops, a nature-inspired gift shop, within the museum.
They have gifts that will not only make someone happy, but can educate them as well.
Rose Taylor, Director of Outreach at the Ward Museum, explains that almost all of the artists who have products in the gift shop are from right here on Delmarva and there is a large range of hand-made art.
There is a committee of 6 people who get together every 3 months and present art that they would like to see in the store, and they also take into account the feedback from customers, to decide what will be in Treetops.
There are gifts for all ages including small things as low as $1.
