Bennett Farms has a large selection of gourds. Owner Donald Bennett tells us how he plants a variety of seeds not knowing what the gourd will look like until the final product is ready to be cut. Donald says gourds are not edible and are mainly used for fall decoration. There is also a selection of pumpkins to choose from at Bennett Farms.
Mums are popular in the fall because they show their bloom more when it’s cool. Many people decorate their steps, decks, and patios with mums this season.
