Deaf Independent Living Association recently opened up a vocational development center.
D.I.L.A. Executive Director Mike Purkey talks about the job lab that is open to people with disabilities and the area homeless.
Purkey says the center was a community effort with help from the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore and other community organizations.
