Lisa recently paid a visit to Downtown Bridal to talk with consultant, Maria Demetriou, about what goes into choosing the dress.
Maria says knowing what the girls are going to be interested in each year takes a lot of research. Maria also says before girls come to pick out their dress, to have an idea of what “look” they are going for.
Since Maria does most of the alterations at the store, she is able to work with the girls and consult them as to what works and what might not, which is something you won’t get if you order a dress online.
Maria decided to show off some of the dresses in a fashion show. She brought some beautiful ladies with her to the studio today to talk about different dresses for different body types and what’s in style this season.
