September is a big month for correctional officer recruitment here on the Eastern Shore, and for you, that could be a game changer.
The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is conducting a September recruitment sweep, offering five new opportunities for applicants to apply and test. Deputy Secretary Mike Zeigler tells us about the recruitment efforts on the following dates and times:
September 15, ECI Training Building, Westover. Apply: 11 a.m. Testing: 11:30 a.m.
September 21, Wor-Wic Community College, Salisbury. Apply between: 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. Testing: 11 a.m. in Guerrieri Hall.
September 25, Salisbury University. Apply between: Noon – 4 p.m. Testing: 4:45 p.m.
September 26, Virginia Employment Commission. Apply between: 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. Testing: 11:30 a.m.
September 29, ECI Training Building, Westover. Apply: 11 a.m. Testing: 11:30 a.m.
