There’s an annual flounder tournament coming up this weekend!
The 10th Annual Ocean Pines Chamber of Commerce Flounder Tournament. is August 5 from 7 am-3 pm.
DelmarvaLife’s Sydney Whitfield stopped by Ocean Pines for an early “dive in” on all the fun.
The tournament is taking place at Pines Point Marina, Ocean Pines, Md. Lines will go in the water at 7 am and out of the water at 3 pm. Fish must be weighed in by 4 pm at Pines Point Marina. An awards ceremony will follow the tournament.
Cash prizes include $500 for first prize, $300 for second prize, and $100 for third prize.
