Owner Scott Sykes says you can hit a real ball in one of three bays, but where you hit it can be chosen from 40 different courses that are seen on a screen.
Sykes says the simulator also offers swing analysis.
Out of the Sand also has simulators for ice hockey, tennis, and soccer.
