“It’s called polyaspartic,” Kevin says. “It’s four-times stronger than epoxy.”
Pinnacle Concrete Coatings uses a five-step process to turn concrete surfaces into one that will last a lifetime. Kevin tells us that the product actually blends with the concrete and becomes part of the concrete. They offer a 15-year warranty with their product as well.
The five-step process begins with removing a very thin layer of the concrete floor. After that, a base coat is applied that actually helps bond with the concrete. The base coat is made of polyurea resin blend and provides strength and stability. The next layer of vinyl chips is what brings the beauty to the floor.
Kevin says they offer multiple colors.
“We use an evolution chip system which basically broadcasts chips onto the base coat and cover it with a top coat with almost any color selection is available,” Kevin says. “We can even lay down logos.”
The top coat is a polyaspartic seal that offers abrasion resistant capabilities, protecting the floor from chips or peeling, along with chemicals and UV damage.
Kevin says the floor is much easier to clean up then just raw concrete. Pinnacle Concrete Coatings can also work with pool decks, sidewalks and driveways.
