Kevin says the Brannock device is a popular instrument which measures the length and width of the customer’s feet. The Aetrex I-Step machine uses foot scanning technology to identify arch type and pressure points.
Following a purchase of Red Wing boots, Kevin encourages the customer to come back for cleaning, oiling, and re-lacing. Shoe sole replacement is available as well.
